This wrecker service towed one of our tractor/trailers after an accident on I79. The bill was excessive and when we arrived to pick up the equipment the owner demanded cash and would not release the equipment. We had to wire money to a local bank, the local bank manager knew of this company and strongly suggested a "Certified Cashiers Check" to insure there was documentation of payment.
