I was in the worst pain of my life and could not walk. After my first appointment with Dr. Alapatt, I left knowing I was in competent hands. He is compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and I have him to thank for saving my life and allowing me to resume activity, most importantly caring for my children. I cannot thank him enough.
I was suffering from severe back pain for months & had terrible experience from 3 doctors, who said either a pinched nerve or a muscle spasm. Found Dr. Alapatt online, who diagnosed me properly - severe herniated disc on my L3 (lower back) which also caused a weakened left leg due to pressure on the nerve. Dr Gerstman has been my pain management dr for over 10 years. He takes all the time necessary to discuss my test results, answer every question I have, and his bedside manner is wonderful. He is very compassionate and caring. He makes every patient feel like they are his only patient. I recommend him every chance I get.
I had emergency surgery, Dr. Alapat came highly recommended. Had a laminectomy done was free from pain immediately after surgery. He is very skilled warm, compassionate I would highly recommend him .
He did my mom's Spinal Fusion and Laminectomy. He carefully explained the risks so mom could make the right decision for her. The surgery was successful beyond all expectations.

Dr. Gerstman is very thorough with attention to detail. Relieved my pain while recovering from surgery and undergoing physical therapy and made my life very manageable during the process. I highly recommend him and will use him again, when necessary, hopefully not too soon.
Dr. Alapatt is wonderful, informative and compassionate. My husband had to have emergency spine surgery and he explained everything to us thoroughly. The incision was meticulous and my husband recovered quickly and felt better right away. We definitely recommend Dr. Alapatt and his surgical team!
My husband has been treated by Dr. Lipp for almost 20years. I won't change for anything. He is always so caring. Dr. Lipp feels like one of the family.
