My family stopped by for sandwiches on a road trip and they were so, so good. The pretzel buns were delicious, the schnitzel was excellent, and so was the barbecued beef. Including pickles and chips was a nice touch. We weren't able to grocery shop but were extremely impressed by the extensive freezer section!
I was happy to get the food what I wanted and it was good. The ladies at the counter were very nice and helpful. I needed some information, they made a phone call to help us.

I am primarily interested in cold cuts. The bologna is very good and I have purchased it a few times. However, I don't like the expectation that customers tip the person who sliced the meat. The responsibility for paying staff is the owner's. The prices are high and to expect the customers to tip beyond the already high prices is not reasonable. And in addition, the tip requested on the cash register is 22%. I do not tip in a food market. To request tipping is insulting to the customer. Please consider this criticism.
