Visiting this place was a great experience, especially with Seila. She was incredibly professional and took the time to provide me with the best service. I am very pleased!
Very disappointed!!! I got lash extensions done yesterday and they started falling out the same night!!! Then I woke up this morning and I gently brushed my lashes with the brush I was provided and more came off with it. This is unacceptable. I had never had this happen before. I am going on vacation tomorrow and now I have lashes that have gaps in them. Just spoke to the owner/ last tech and her name is MICHELLE. She is rude and she is a big fat LIARRRRR. This place is absolutely amazing! Without a doubt, it’s the best spot to go for your needs. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly experts at what they do—professional, detail-oriented, and caring. I had pedicure and facial done by Sheila, and she is simply the best. She was thorough, gentle, and very attentive. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back for more services!
