I had made a reservation online in advance to ensure there was a spot for us. They do take walk-ins I believe, as long as there's space and an expert to help you. We arrived 15 minutes early, and Measy was able to accommodate myself and my daughter a bit early. Measy was wonderful, so friendly and was so patient with my young daughter. Measy helped us find the perfect colours for our butter balm, and we were so happy we also got them in a lipstick and a lip gloss. Been wearing make up for years - but never like this ! Had an amazing experience with Jade. Bought a lipstick and blush and am over the moon. Jade was amazing - Funny, Patient and able to read between the lines. After 20++ years of searching - I finally have my perfect colour. Say her name - Jade - Thank You !!!
My second time coming here , both times were for a bachelorette celebration. I went to lip lab Queen West today and had the most amazing and memorable experience ever!!!! 10 stars to Meazy!!! If you have employee of the month I hope you give it to Meazy! I can hardly wait to come back! I adore the two lipsticks I made called Still Falling and My Bougie Era! I will be back for sure!
