This is one of the worst agencies you can trust with your immigration process. I had them handle my case last year, took payment from me and did nothing. No callbacks, I had to wait days to get an update on file. Agencies like these should be closed down and have no right to keep on practicing despite all these negative reviews. I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Lionshear. The level of professionalism, transparency, and communication has been very poor, consider none. Candidates were asked to pay significant amounts of money with promises of services that were either delayed, not delivered as expected. There was a lack of proper updates, unclear guidance, and inadequate support throughout the process. If you are looking for an agency that takes zero responsibility for your application, ignores calls even after repeated attempts, and responds to emails days later—this is the place. They are quick to take your money and just as quick to abandon you halfway through the process.

One of the worst place out there, unless it’s something simple like applying for work permits or something like that, do not go to lionsher!!! There have been a lot of scam accusations against them, I was a victim too, terrible communication, gave me wrong advices and I ended up losing a year.
