Very disappointed with the service. Initially, things were smooth, but later their communication became extremely slow and unreliable. They submitted documents at the last minute and missed key expiry date of a document,which led to our LMIA rejection. Even after the decision, they didn’t inform us—Our employer had to contact Service Canada himself to find out. They never shared LMIA details and delayed everything.
