I recently submitted a tire warranty claim and all I can say is Warranty Manager, Beth Scott was a pleasure to deal with!!!! Not only did Beth provide well guided instructions, great communication and professional customer service, she shipped my new tire and a check for labor (installation of tire) which was totally unexpected. What a joy this experience was!!!!! Great Job - Beth Scott!!!!!!

Great customer service. Turned around my wheel warranty claim in one day. They Authorized a replacement wheel and $'s to cover the cost of moving tire from bad wheel to the replacement. Thank You!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have four tires on my RV, 10 ply and two out of the four tires from the same day of manufacturing got a bubble on the sidewall. A third tire had the tread come off while driving down the road causing $5k worth of damage to my RV. 3 out of 4 tires were faulty, this happened with less than 5000 miles. They honored warranty but the tires on unsafe and of poor quality. I will never purchase from them again.

Mark H - I would like to commend Beth Scott in her warranty handling of my claim. The tire in question was manufactured the 32nd week of 2018 and put into retail use 11/2019. about 2200 miles later, it appeared to have a thread belt shift issue, tire thread was lifting. without any issue at all, Beth processed our claim with a full tire replacement. She made the process easy and fanstastically quick.

I got a screw in my tire on a recent trip thank God the air pressure monitor caught it. Beth Scott was outstanding in her service and professionalism!! I would highly recommend Lionshead as a new tire is on the way for me after a few pictures and some numbers off the tire we’re emailed. I will do business with them again. Thanks again Beth!!🇺🇸

If you do a little research you will find that castle Rock tires are dangerous China Bombs that will endanger your family. Mine filed at low mileage. Never could get them to respond at all. If you have to endanger someone's life to make money its the same as robbing them at gun point. I bet they wouldn't put their family on the road with these

I purchased a 2018 chaparral 5th wheel with lions head tires they claim a 5 yr. no question warrantee after 17 months one of the tires was worn to the wear indicators on the outer side Good Sam tire service man who changed the tire said it was a faulty tire (wear caused do to a ply separation) the other 3 tires are wearing fine so not an alignment issue Bscott at lions head claims they don't cover tread where even if the tire is defective
