We have been residents since 2022 and have no complaints! Your unit comes with a garage and a parking space so you will always have parking when coming home. The landscaping here is beautiful. Office staff is always quick to respond and helpful. We haven’t had many maintenance needs but when we submitted work orders, our issues have been addressed in less than 24 hours. Great place to live with such close proximity to Tanasbourne mall and so many great restaurants! Consider this place for your next move!!
USPS delivery in this area is by far the worst. Lion's gate community has same unit numbers across a block, with different street names leading to interchangeable deliveries. And if you share a common surname with another tenant, your package will be delivered to someone else "locked parcel". Also if your parcel is dropped at the door and you are not present, theft is common. It's been an issue from day 1 we have been here. Went on a tour and really liked them. Hopefully they will have the floor plan I am looking for when I am ready to move
I have had a maintenance request open since 12/12 about possible rodent/pests in the attic and the leasing office just closes the tickets randomly without resolving the issue. I was told that the pest control company went to the wrong address due to an error from the leasing office and that they would call me back with a follow up. They proceeded to close the request without doing any of that. I am posting this here because I am not sure how else I can get the leasing office to actually help me with this issue
