I had a great experience touring the LionsGate townhomes. The leasing consultant was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job showing me the townhome, amenities, and community. What stood out most was how genuinely excited and proud she was to work there—it really showed and made a positive difference in my experience. She answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome from start to finish. I left very impressed with both the community and the customer service. Thank you for such a great tour!
There is a growing safety issue at Lions Gate Apartments involving large dogs and a total lack of enforcement of the community’s pet policies. Multiple residents routinely walk several large dogs at the same time on long, loose retractable leashes while looking at their phones.This creates highly unsafe conditions on the property. These dogs frequently block the entire sidewalk and parts of the roadway, forcing pedestrians to walk around them in dangerous ways.
