We’ve recently moved to Lions Gate South. The touring lady is awesome. But we haven’t had the great experience after signing the lease. We observed some issues in the unit that we chose. We already filled the inspection document and delivered to the leasing office crew. We waited one week with no answer so I called back and they seems they lost the information I already gave them regarding the flaws we reported so had to mentioned them all again. Janet Roseen was amazing, supper helpful and very informative, the homes are beautiful and well maintained, truly gorgeous homes!
Been here for almost three years and can’t really complain. Quiet neighborhood for the most part, friendly staff, fun community events, yearly inspections, and weekly maintenance of surroundings. Always fun seeing a friendly face like Janet at the office! Makes me feel at home and cared for when I have questions and concerns. She always points me in the right direction. I was interested in upgrading to a bigger unit and Janet even offered to give me a tour of the available units when I popped in the office.
