Update after moving in. First off our place wasn’t done upon move in day, the restoration people where still in house with all their stuff n their van parked in driveway so movers had to maneuver around all these people taking up more time I had to pay for . The Paint job in this place is complete crap n also some spots where hair is painted into the doors GROSS! We went on a guided tour today with Janet Roseen, and she was absolutely amazing! Janet is so warm and patiently answered all of our questions and explained every detail in a way that made us feel comfortable. She wasn’t just showing us apartments, she was making sure we had the best possible experience. Janet’s friendly personality and attention to detail made the entire tour enjoyable and stress-free. Living here was very good, nice units and property. We also loved the location. Moving out however has been difficult. They have not been clear with us about what we owe them nor was it easy to contact someone who was able to answer any of my questions. I expected better communication from management. I no longer live there but I still have unaswered questions pending
We did a tour with Janet and she was a wonderful guide, super friendly and transparent about everything the complex offers. The amenities and home designs were beautiful. We are very excited to live here!
