We had a really great experience with Lions Pride Properties. We rented a townhouse from them for 2 years. Elizabeth was really great and responsive. She has really turned around how things are done. She is very responsive if we need anything and during emergencies(especially when we locked ourselves out of our house at 11pm at night). Our previous apartment across town (by a different property management company) was plagued by severe maintenance issues and the non-responsive management compounded the issues into something truly harrowing. DO NOT RENT FROM THE PROPERTIES UNDER THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT EVEN IF YOU LEAVE THE PLACE CLEAN AND NOT RESPOND ASKING WHY THEY CHARGED YOU 800 DOLLARS TO "CLEAN" WHEN THE PLACE IS ALREADY CLEAN.
