I came here to get my cat’s stitches removed. They have not released the exam notes to me or my pet insurance after 4 months of trying to contact them. I have not been able to get any claim reimbursement from any vet visits since! I have filed a formal complaint. Update: they sent my exam notes shortly after writing this review.
The team at Lions Park Animal Hospital has been nothing short of amazing. My wife and I have brought our pooch Max there now for 3 surgeries. They are reliable, friendly, caring and honest. Look no further if your furry friend needs fixed up! Thanks again.
