Not the best experience I must say. I was told having nurse practitioners will help, you get more personalized attention and care. Very wonderful clinic but it’s frustrating that on 2 occasions have had pressing matters concerning my kid, called in and got a phone appointment booked (since if you want an in person you will have to wait for over 5 weeks or more), and on the 2 occasions, no one called for the phone appointment or even followed up. Myself and my kids had our first appointments at Minto-Mapleton Family Health Team in Harriston with Alison and I have nothing but great things to say! It was hands down the best experience I have had with a medical professional in a long time! They were not only very professional but also respectful of our wants and needs and I am so grateful they were able to take us on as patients!
