Lions Lair Pro Gym is hands down one of the best bodybuilding gyms in Colorado Springs. Top-tier equipment, a motivating atmosphere, and a strong community. They even offer Neubie, which is a huge plus for recovery, performance, and long-term training. As a physical therapist, I truly trust the trainers and coaches here! Sandee and Brandon run an incredible gym and genuinely care about doing things the right way and they are amazing owners. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their training!
