Amazing facility! Top of the line equipment adequate space and amazing personal trainers! Riley is training my 13 year old daughter getting ready for her 8th grade wrestling season. I can already see a difference in her wrestling with the addition of of her training. To the tip top she'll go! Get ahold of Riley for all your training needs if being the best version of yourself is important to you he's the guy for you! Worth ever penny!

Lion’s Lair Pro Gym has everything you need—tons of equipment for all kinds of workouts, whether you’re lifting heavy or doing something more focused. The staff and members are super friendly, and the place is always clean. I love that it’s open 24/7 and never overcrowded like the big chains. You can actually take your time and get a solid workout in. Highly recommend!
Very well kept gym. A little small but the size fits the traffic. The pros there are also a vibe and very motivational.
