My heat stopped working this morning, and I called Lions HVAC, and they sent Shay out within just over an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what I needed done to fix it, went and got the part and got everything totally back working within maybe 3 hours tops from my first call. Amazing service from a very kind professional! I always recommend Lions HVAC for any heat or AC service needs!!!!

On Christmas Eve 2025, my heater unexpectedly stopped working, leaving my home without heat during a critical time. Fortunately, Shay from Lions Heating & Air Conditioning responded quickly & came to our rescue! His prompt arrival and professional demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable. Shay at Lions really went above and beyond during my recent service appointment. He took his time to explain things to me in detail, showed me lots of pictures and videos, and made himself completely available via text for any follow up questions. My hvac unit is an dinosaur and at this point, the only thing to do is replace it, tragically. But the quote Shay gave for the new unit was incredibly reasonable. Lions was able to fit me in quickly and offers a great maintenance program package as well. Highly recommend!
