These guys were truly amazing and worth every penny. After choosing a “budget friendly” AC company, I eventually noticed they weren’t working slow, didn’t have answers to easy questions, and lacked the professionalism needed for a job like this. I eventually had to eat the cost of that guy and Lions swooped in to really help me. They were done with everything within a week. When I had questions months later they were available and I will use them every time from here on out! Also, the owner Joseph is awesome!
We found Lions because of all the great reviews here, and we want to add our own terrific review! I sent a message through their website late last night when our furnace stopped working, and I received a call back as well as a text first thing this morning. They sent someone by noon today, a very professional and kind technician, Yurii, and the problem has been solved, hooray. Highly recommend this business!
Incredibly pleased with Lions. Very easy to arrange appt, & very good communication leading up to visit. Juan S. arrived & I was immediately impressed; he was very polite & professional. My consultation with Lions Heating and Air Conditioning was great. Jason L arrived on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about why my ac unit wasn't working. He educated me on what was needed from my unit on the roof to the ducts inside my place. Apparently I also need to turn it on as well. No pressure sales.
Fantastic work from Juan S with Lions Heating and Air. Great communication and very professional. Called 30 minutes before arriving on time which is rare. All work was explained clearly and pricing was fair. Always using this company for HVAC work.
