Working with Dr Stephen has been amazing! I have known the Menyas for years but recently started Chiropractic sessions with Dr Stephen. I sustained a low back injury in Feb 2023. After seeing a MD and attending PT at a clinic, I was told there was "nothing else they could do" for me because the injury had healed. The pain I was experiencing was "in my head". This gym is truly fantastic! From the warm and welcoming environment to the amazing staff, like Steve, his brother, his wife, and the many other team members I see regularly, it stands out above the rest. I’ve been coming here since I was young, starting with my father, and have continued to visit for many years. While I’ve tried other gyms—like Lifetime in Edina, various Planet Fitness locations, and the YMCA—this one is, by far, my favorite. I plan to keep coming here for many more years. I walked into Lions Gym and was greeted by the owner Stephen who made me immediately feel like I was right where I should be. I left with a knowing that this is where I need to reignite my transformation. I am a Leo named Leah on a healing journey who left with a card of a "Leah" (Stephen's wife) and will return because I was met with compassionate awareness. ❤️
