I had an eye exam last year , the optometrist is an excellent Dr , he takes his time to speak with you , to go over all the details of the eye exam. The receptionist is not qualify to work with such outstanding office and Dr , she was very rude and no able to complain with what I need it , in terms of the glasses and lenses . I wanted to have only reading prescriptions , no bifocal and she did the opposite as when I picked up the glasses , were done bifocal .She was very rude when I explain that is not what I request it. I had an eye exam last year , the dr is takes the time to speak with you , to go over all the details of the eye exam. When I go my prescription I explain to receptionist what I wanted to separate glasses reading and far for both prescriptions , when I went to pick it up , she had decided to have both prescriptions in only one pair of glasses / lenses . I explained to her I didn’t want it at first that way , she become hostile , scream at me and threaten to call the cops . I was overcharged as well and never got the refund .... read more
