I moved in February 26th, here it is March 24th and I’am having the worst experience ever! I literally have neighbors from HELL! It’s been none stop running, jumping, and bumping since moving here. I love my unit but I just can’t take 12/13 months of the disturbance. I complained to the office and I ended up with a noise violation. -_- weighing my options at this point.
6 months without a working dishwasher, 4 months without a working freezer, paid into a “security deposit fund” for 2 years and will not be getting anything back due to the management team selling the property and the new property management is also a joke. Possibly slightly better than last management group but barely. Unable to even read the lease properly- attempting to vacate and my lease states it must be within 45 days and they’re threatening to charge me another month because the form was tuned in 58 days prior to the ... read more
Poor construction.
THE MANAGER CATHY HAMILTON IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON TO EVER HAVE THE TITLE OF “MANAGER”. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. SHE IS NOT THERE TO HELP YOU. SHE WILL AVOID YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. SHE IS NOT TRUTHFUL. SHE IS A PROFESSIONAL LIAR AND SHE WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT ANY AND EVERYTHING. IF SHE TELLS YOU ANYTHING, MAKE SURE YOU RECORD HER OR GET IT IN WRITING OR SHE WILL “ACT” LIKE SHE WONT REMEMBER. This place is a -10 out of 5 stars. This place is the worst place I have ever lived in with the most uncoordinated and unprofessional management. They will "fix" everything and break it at the same time. One time a door (the laundry door to be exact) hit my toddler on his head because the door was not properly installed in the first place.
