Horrible management, horrible residents they allow in that will make your life miserable. Constant pot smoking, constant trash all over the inside common areas and near dumpsters. Undescribable smells coming from building we are in. I swear someone is running a meth lab or worse. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears. Completely beyond useless.

So where do I start? The cost of living in Lionsgate definitely doesn’t compare to the condition of the units and the property grounds. I lived here for 2 years and in that 2 years the power was cut off in the hall ways, the elevators malfunctioned several times, the main entry door key fob stop working and the maintenance team installed electrical tape over the lock so they could keep the doors open and the tenants wouldn’t get locked out of the buildings until the fob issue was resolved. Basically, the Lion’s Gate (so-called) “Luxury” Apartments are six buildings of shabbily constructed, poorly managed, second-rate apartments nestled in a swamp, for which you will pay some of, if not the highest apartment rents in Genesee County. The constant plague of water problems from sitting in wetlands causes a never-ending ordeal for residents of dealing with leaks, moisture and dangerous black mold.
