Back here again after 30 years ago. Long time no see.
Very unprofessional among the worst customer service I have experienced. I paid close to $14,000 and did not even receive a receipt. Appointments were scheduled late, and they do not even have a record of the amount I paid. Very disorganised
Professor Bala is an excellent opthamologist but his staff leave a lot to be desired. I informed his receptionist that my wife passed away & all he said was I'll update her record!!!
Dr Evan Wong is an excellent eye specialist. He is very professional, gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt completely comfortable throughout my treatment. He listened to all my concerns, took time to explain my condition, and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. I’m very grateful for his kindness and expertise.His care before and after the procedure was outstanding. I had a great experience at the Lions Eye Institute and highly recommend Dr Wong to anyone needing an eye specialist.
