This place was great... however it has gone down hill terribly. I booked an online appointment for a specific day, it was accepted and once I was pulling into the parking lot I got an email notification it was canceled... Well I guess stuff happens. So I rescheduled for 2 days later. The appointment was accepted, I showed up and there was one guy cutting hair. I told him I had an appointment and is was the time for the appointment. Does not have patience with kids. My 9y/o first felt like he didn't want a fade and then changed his mind in the parking lot. He went back in minutes after to request for him to finish the haircut. Pete (the Barber who’s usually at the very end) refused and told him too bad, that he also has a life and that’s the haircut he’s stuck with. I called to make an appointment and the man that answered was very rude and making snarky remarks, not sure if he could hear me over the loud music in their background. My husband then called and asked for an appointment when he mentioned the person that answered was rude. He said if you don't like it go else where. Not sure if this is the owner or employee but just thought if the owner cares about his business he/she should know. If this was the owner...well then customers should know how people are treated!
