I recently took a spin class here with Michelle bright and early on a Sunday morning. I have taken a few spin classes here and there at different studios, but this one was by far my favorite! Michelle was extremely motivating throughout the class and she exudes confidence from the podium. Her choreography was fun and her music was on point, I had such a great time and got a good workout in! Great way to start my Sunday morning, I’ll definitely be back.

I took my very first spin class at lion heart gym at 8 AM on a Sunday earlier this month, and it was an incredible experience! I came back for the second week in a row because I had such a great time because Michelle was absolutely amazing, her energy and spirit were infectious. I don’t know how she does it, but she somehow manages to cycle, correct our form, motivate us, and lead empowering routines all at once. the BEST spin studio you’ll ever find and go to! 10/10 experience. the ambiance, the community, the instructors, etc. everything is amazing! the strength training next door is great as well owned by the same owner as lion heart! treat yourself to a class and coffee afterwards :)
