This place is great! I've been attending for 2 years and it's always a positive, encouraging environment to learn, grow and get a great workout whether you compete in martial arts or just enjoy the challenge. Highly recommend!
My Daughter and I went to their Ladies Self Defense class. They were so informative, professional, and patient. Joshua and Michelle were amazing. We left with some great self defense tools to remember. I am looking at their classes for my family. �
