Moving here has been nothing but seamless and pleasant. I spent a great deal of time and research deciding to make this place my long-term home, and I have not been disappointed. It is well-managed, the neighborhood is beautiful, and rent is very reasonable. Nancy and Sandy are quite possibly the most pleasant and considerate leasing professionals I’ve ever met. I lived here for almost a decade in the aughts and I have mixed feelings. The building itself was built in 1969 (I know this because it was imprinted on the inside of my metal closet doors), so the apartments and whole building were super dated- wall to wall carpeting, older appliances, etc. When I moved in, I was by far the youngest or one of the youngest tenants there. I have lived here for over 4 years! This place is the best. Nancy who runs the building is so helpful! I would recommend living here to anyone!
I lived at this apartment complex for two years with my best friend and sadly moved out after getting engaged and my fiance and I wanted to move into a house. I absolutely loved living there because Nancy and Vicki and all the maintenance guys made sure that we were safe and well-taken care of. If we had any issues, which were far and few between, we knew that we could approach them immediately and it would be resolved. I lived here for 3 years. The location is fantastic and the rent is reasonable compared to other buildings in the area. My view was amazing! But, the real highlight of this property is the staff. It was so clear to me from the time I moved in to the time I (sadly) moved out that they really care about all the residents. That goes for the folks in the management office as well the maintenance guys. If you are looking to rent in this area you have to check this place out.
