Ever since new management came in a couple years ago, they have: * Refused to treat for clothing moths * Gotten my new lease to me months after it has expired * Caused a massive turnover in maintenance staff * Cut services that they used to provide * Basically stopped being responsive I just let them know that I saw a clothing moth in another part of the building, and they forwarded a message between themselves to me that said, "It was probably from her" and then sent me a condescending email. I applied and was approved. The person kept saying she’ll send me the next steps but never did. Finally she got back to me 20+ days later saying “it got kicked back” Not sure what that means, why would an application get “kicked back” right after it was approved. I’d recommend not wasting your time with them.

“The Liongate feels like home — thanks to the apartment manager!”
Relocating to Denver, I toured several apartments, but The Liongate instantly stood out. Beautiful location near Cherry Creek, spacious units with balconies, and top-notch amenities. But the real gem here is the apartment manager — warm, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. If you want comfort, charm, and community in one, this is it.

Moving here has been nothing but seamless and pleasant. I spent a great deal of time and research deciding to make this place my long-term home, and I have not been disappointed. It is well-managed, the neighborhood is beautiful, and rent is very reasonable. Nancy and Sandy are quite possibly the most pleasant and considerate leasing professionals I’ve ever met.
