Charged a $100 no show fee because their automated system refused to cancel my appointment. Kayla is absolutely amazing. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and genuinely listened to everything I had to say. They called me and turned me away all because I wanted to talk to someone. They said “we aren’t therapy we just give medication.” Ok but you could’ve at least talked with me and helped me create a game plan instead of telling me to go somewhere else like I haven’t tried that already.
