I had somnoplasty to reduce a huge tonsil over 15 years ago. The procedure was a success permanently shrinking the tonsil without the trama of traditional surgical removal. Dr. Nelson's professionalism and compassion in resolving this long time condition is still greatly appreciated!
I had severe sleep apnea back in 2004 or 2005ish.....I woke up in the mornings always feeling like i just finished running a marathon. Frequent drowning dreams. During day, not even 3 to 4 mugs of coffee can keep me awake. Dr nelson operated on me eventually that year. I didn't realize how bad the effects of sleep apnea were until after the surgery. Night and day. Zero complications. So, if you exhibit the symptoms I mentioned, do yourself a HUGE favor and see Dr nelson. You're welcome.
We had a great experience at this doctor's office. We had to wait some 40 mins past our appointment time, though. But it was worth it. This doctor is very thorough and asks to-the-point questions to understand the complaint of the patient. He was able to understand the cause of my son's ear ache with his pointed questions. I am very, very grateful to him for that and really admire his expertise and mannerism. Excellent doctor!

I have known Dr. Nelson for 45 years and consider him to be the best doctor, I wish that he could be my primary care because he is so very knowledgeable and good at what he does. I trust him to do the very best for me, and he always has.I cannot say enough good about him. He is also a very decent and kind human being. Having worked with many doctors, myself, I have entrusted myself with him several times, and he is the best.
