We added a second floor to our house which was a major remodel. It started innocently as a request to take off the roof and add a second floor, we quickly found out we had a lot of issues like aluminum clad wiring, 2x3 instead of 2x4 and other things that would have never passed code. Was nice on the phone initially and setup an appointment to be come look at the project. Never showed up and when I called him and asked why he didn't show up or call to let us know why he didn't come. He was rude and hung up. Obviously didn't hire him since there are many better General contractors.
We needed to remodel our fireplace and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We spoke with several contractors and we are so happy we went with LionCraft. Even from the initial conversation, we could tell they were different from the rest. They listened to our needs and checked in every step of the way to make sure they gave us exactly what we wanted. LionCraft Construction recently completed an addition to our home to convert our garage and upstairs deck into an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). They did a wonderful job from start to finish with our addition. The crew for each stage of the process were all amazing and top notch.
