My son and I stopped by to get a haircut and the LED sign on the window says “walk ins welcome” and we were told to call and make an appointment. I asked if we could get a haircut today, and the gentleman said to stop by later or call to make an appointment. Don’t post that you accept walk ins and then turn business away. Poor customer service!!!
