DO NOT RENT from GATLINBURG CABINS – Do not rent Arcadian Charm or any other cabin from this company. Pictures online do not represent what the cabin looks like or the view. We called regarding the view and that we had broken furniture upon entering the cabin. We were told that they would not refund are money or put us in a different cabin but they would send someone out to fix the chair. We were there six days and no one ever came to fix the chair. The cabin was dirty and you pay a cleaning fee. Why? I called and spoke to t... read more

The owners are going to hate you. – My friend stayed at Belltown Court. Great location but it's a wood frame building so it is very noisy. Most of the people who live in the building are owners of condos and they hate vacation rental people. Don't expect them to help you if you have a problem. Don't even think about having a party or turning up your stereo to the point where you can hear it. Tiptoe around the room. They like to complain and you'll get knocks on your door from management and security. When I visited we got ho... read more

Best Inn in Ocean Shores – The Judith Ann Inn in Ocean Shores is the perfect place to stay for our ocean vacations. The suites are fully furnished vacation homes not just a cookie cutter hotel room. We have stayed in several of the suites and they have similar floor plans with individual decor and variation in personal touches. Each suite is unique. We think of the Judith Ann Inn as our private getaway resort. Nothing beats looking at the ocean from hot tub while watching a movie or listening to satellite music. I am such a ... read more

Great Condo Suite with a great view – This hotel in Ocean Shores is a little gem at the end of the strip. Located just a few blocks from the grocery store, we got quickly provisioned and stocked the kitchen. The hot-tub with a view, full kitchen, super comfy bed, and classy decorating made for a great time. We will be back.

BEWARE LAKESHORE LODGING! To rent a condo there, you must pay 100% by check up front. If you arrive and the unit is completely unacceptable (as happened to a recent traveler), you are out of luck. They will not move you to another unit, they will not refund any portion of your money. Read their web site carefully - there is NOTHING there about customer service or making sure you are satisfied. There is no guarantee or "if anything's wrong, we'll make it right" statement. Once they have your money, they are finished with you.

Fantastic units great staff! – We have stayed at both the Harbor Steps apartments and the Metropolitan Tower #2711. These apartments are amazing. The Harbor Steps apartments overlook Eliott Bay so you can watch the ferries come and go and are just a couple blocks to Pike Place Market. The Metropolitan Tower apartment had a view of the space needle, lake union, and a bit of Eliott Bay. Both aparment complexes have swimming pools, hot tubs, and exercise facilities. Sea to Sky Staff are amazingly helpful, prices are reasonable,... read more

Gorgeous Vacation Rentals! Great for our family vacation. – We love west Michigan's lakeshore and were happy to find a company that offers "premiere" rentals for the area. They had a lot of good quality choices for us. Many of the other companies doing rentals in the area did not have the same type of home Lakeshore Lodging had. They did not appear to be as clean or well kept. We chose one of their big lakefront homes and had a great time with the kids on the beach. Saugatuck itself was great. There was a lot to do and the k... read more
