Got our roof replaced last month. The estimater was really the only one who got on the roof during the quote process. Work started on time, was done in two days, and the cleanup was solid. They kept me up to date about a piece of bad decking they wanted to swap it before they did the job.
Got a few quotes after a windstorm tore some shingles off last fall. Roofing Pros came out within a week and the estimate was clear, no weird line items. We booked for early spring and the roof went on in a day. They actually checked in a couple times before the install date so we weren't left wondering. Looks good so far.
Our roof had been leaking after every heavy rain and it was getting worse.Roofing Pros came out, did a full inspection, and recommended a complete replacement. New roof is on and no more leaks since.
We had been dealing with water stains on the ceiling in two different rooms and kept putting off dealing with it. Finally had Roofing Pros come do an inspection and turns out the shingles were in rough shape across most of the roof, not just where the staining was.
