Slum Lords! Nothing truly gets fixed even if you are lucky enough to actually get a response. Cannot wait to get out of this shit hole they "manage" and to hear back from the Better Buisnesses Bureau.
Tons of issues working with this company. They owe us money and we have been reaching out for a month and we have received one response that they will look into. Partially, why we fired them is they literally do not communicate a thing. We were charged $25ish to take down a bee hive...We have been charged over $3K in maintenance and with our new property manager the tenant is still requesting that these exact requests to be completed. SCAM. They are not here to manage your property. They are here you take all your money. I cannot get a legitimate non BS response from these people, if a response at all.
This company bled us dry. Over our short time doing business with them we are at a net loss of $10K. They will add bogus charges and are extremely poor management. If you like money and want a tenant fast, look elsewhere.
This company is atrocious. As an investor, do not consider this company. As a renter, you can only expect things to be even worse. We hired this company for a property we have. It took over 5 months to get this rented out. It took 2 months to get zillow photos updated!!!! The communication was nonexistent, we had to reach out to the manager to start getting weekly updates.
