Anthony provided exceptional customer service.
Worst customer service ever. My AC broke which was under warranty. After chasing the salesman for 2 weeks he finally told me that I need to pay for a new part and they will send me a form to fill out to get a refund. Another few days of chasing and I finally get the part but it’s the wrong part. So now it’s about a week since I got the wrong part and lo and behold - Yanky E is ignoring me once again. Meanwhile my house is hot as hell and these morons are nowhere to be found. Stay far away from them as possible!
