I bought a Safari pack with two solar panels at Costco in Utah. When I got it home it worked but 4 weeks later when I took it camping for Labor Day nothing on the back of the unit worked. Solar panels do not charge the unit and the 30 amp connection does not work. It sat unused for 4 weeks and it’s already not functioning. Reaching out to customer service has been horrible. They didn’t answer the phone at 8 am or 8:30 am, just got a recording saying they are not open. I sent an email and got a text message back hours later. ... read more
