Very cool place to spend the day with the family. Safari itself was ok, not so wild and I dis not like the fact they demand you to keep windows closed. Animals don’t come to your car at all because you don’t feed them so I think windows down are just fine. But what came after the safari was very pleasant, lots to do and see, plus the water park area. We all had a blast!!
I was here when I was 9 years old. Here I'm back with my husband, three daughters, seven grandkid, two son-in-laws, nephew, his wife, two granddaughter nieces. Great day. Thanks God. Lion Country Safari.

I brought my Girl Scout troop here for a badge workshop. It was our second one as did one in Brownies also. It is a wonderfully done program. A park employee is waiting for you at the pavilion and takes the girls through a whole badge in about 45 minutes. They provide activities and a project and keep the girls attention and involved. After it was complete, we did the park drive through. The girls were taking pictures and talking excitedly the whole way. We then parked and had lunch in the picnic area.
