Homeowner Beware: Lion provided subpar workmanship, resulting in significant damage to my home. They also demanded additional payments beyond the original contract, making the entire experience frustrating and costly.
The work was completed well and in a timely manner, communication was great. However, when Marco asked me if I wanted some of the old siding removed and disposed of (at extra cost) I declined. They did the work anyway and he said not to worry the insurance company is paying for it. Well, they didn’t pay for it and now I have a bill for $1600 in extra costs for work that I previously declined. On top of that I’m left with 5 broken sprinkler heads, at least 1 broken roof shingle, a mangled gutter heater cable, dozens of nails ... read more
