Extremely disappointed with my Keratin service. I found Linzey though Facebook and decided to make an appointment with her because she was offering a special on Keratin treatment. I have had Keratin and Brazilian Blowouts interchangeably for 5 years. I understand how the product works and what to do to ensure it works properly. My first issue was finding the salon.
