We requested a cancellation within 48 hours, 6 days prior to when the money should be charged for services and they are not willing to cancel the contract despite this being within the cool off period in **********. They essentially are emulating the behavior of timeshare companies by not letting you out of a contract, even if within legal limits. ****** ****** left a voicemail to call back and sent an email however all attempts to connect via a follow up call and to resolve by email are being ignored.

When we contacted this company we felt like there was no way we could get out of our timeshare. But 2 days later they had someone at our house going through the contracts and setting us up with our account manager **** ********* who was very professional about everything and assured us everything would be OK! 10 out of 10 recommend!
