Living here for 40 years
I've rented here for 4 years and have LOVED and considered owning up until a year ago when our building became a breeding ground for bedbugs. One neighbor was falsey accused of starting the infestation, others unjustly charged for extermination costs after the fact, all of the while a neighbor potentially suffering from severe mental illness is harboring one of the worst infestations according to a rogue exterminator which has gone unmanaged for too long.
