I've rented here for 4 years and have LOVED and considered owning up until a year ago when our building became a breeding ground for bedbugs. One neighbor was falsey accused of starting the infestation, others unjustly charged for extermination costs after the fact, all of the while a neighbor potentially suffering from severe mental illness is harboring one of the worst infestations according to a rogue exterminator which has gone unmanaged for too long. Proceed with EXTRA caution. Renters are drawn to rent units and this Cooperative due to its affordability relative to alternatives in Fort Lee.
