Amazing place and nice people but their is 1 staff member who was no help and really disrespectful I was looking at a car and he was like are you getting it or are you gonna keep looking and in my mind I was mad and he was saying omg hurry up its too hot out here. I was mad and I don't think he needs to be a car salesman anymore because that Adituted will not be put up and I will be expecting a call from this place asking who is was everything was great except for that one staff member.
Gave them 5 stars because I couldn’t give them 6 stars. Excellent service department, I live 1100 miles away, they got me right in and took care of my problem in a very short time. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Had a cam put in my jeep because of s lifter and cam failure, they did the job fast all good there, man told me he wouldn’t do the job without a tuner I had one, told me I needed a pcm so I spent 400$ on a pcm because they said it was locked, the pcm took 3 weeks to come in, I got tired of waiting went to see for myself, come to find out the pcm wasn’t locked the tuner just needed a update which took 10 minutes, and I think they ruined most of my sensors connected to the cam , so I’m in the process of changing them all mysel... read more
We bought 2 new 1-ton GMC from Lynwood. Frank Harrison has been wonderful to work with and goes above and beyond to help you. As long as Frank is employed a Linwood, I will continue to do business with Linwood.
They are not nice people we bought a truck and was mislead they charged fees we had no idea about when we called the guy was very rude !! And said deal with it !! Don’t recommend
