Chad the service manager is extremely rude ABBA degrading to customers. I have free oil changes through Dodge due to the fact that it took their dealership 3 months to replace my transmission. But when I go to cash in my oil change he said they would only cover $50…. That’s not what free means and Linwood in Paducah covers the entire amount. Zach at the quick lube was extremely rude and incompetent as well. Don’t recommend this dealership. Make the 20 min trip to Paducah for 10 times better service

I'm very satisfied with the Staff that waited on me. They where very professional and went above and beyond to take care of me. They did a great job on fixing my car. There's one thing they did that was a big help to me that they didn't have to do. They let me take a loaner vehicle. I had a client to take to Paducah for radiation treatment. It was very important that I got my client there. I don't know what I would have done. Thanks to the nice staff I was able to take my client.
