Very good service, very informative on my vehicles repair. Would recommend.
Bought a 2022 truck from them last year and was told if you will buy this very expensive 4800 dollar extended warranty you will not have to pay for repairs until you reach a certain age or mileage. Picked up the truck yesterday and was charged 2 grand because what tore up wasn’t under warranty? The truck falls under the criteria for mileage to be covered as it was explained to me during the buying process. I feel like they have taken advantage of me and definitely won’t be doing business there again!!

They were right on time. They got me fixed when the dealership is bought my car from Royal Oaks in paducah told me chevy was aware of the problem it was wide spread to many chevy brands not just mine. Everyone here is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I will never buy another one from Royal Oaks I will instead be doing my purchasing from Linwood's.
