Gave them 5 stars because I couldn’t give them 6 stars. Excellent service department, I live 1100 miles away, they got me right in and took care of my problem in a very short time. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Had a cam put in my jeep because of s lifter and cam failure, they did the job fast all good there, man told me he wouldn’t do the job without a tuner I had one, told me I needed a pcm so I spent 400$ on a pcm because they said it was locked, the pcm took 3 weeks to come in, I got tired of waiting went to see for myself, come to find out the pcm wasn’t locked the tuner just needed a update which took 10 minutes, and I think they ruined most of my sensors connected to the cam , so I’m in the process of changing them all mysel... read more
We bought 2 new 1-ton GMC from Lynwood. Frank Harrison has been wonderful to work with and goes above and beyond to help you. As long as Frank is employed a Linwood, I will continue to do business with Linwood.
They are not nice people we bought a truck and was mislead they charged fees we had no idea about when we called the guy was very rude !! And said deal with it !! Don’t recommend
Chad the service manager is extremely rude ABBA degrading to customers. I have free oil changes through Dodge due to the fact that it took their dealership 3 months to replace my transmission. But when I go to cash in my oil change he said they would only cover $50…. That’s not what free means and Linwood in Paducah covers the entire amount. Zach at the quick lube was extremely rude and incompetent as well. Don’t recommend this dealership. Make the 20 min trip to Paducah for 10 times better service
