Never had a more disheartening experience trying to purchase a used vehicle from James at Linwood. Went to dealership with all intentions of purchasing a used Buick. My daughter and I were disrespected and told "this isn't the vehicle for you" because we looked over the car to pinpoint what was wrong with it to know exactly what we were buying.
