Maybe Evergreen Campus Rentals has learned something in the past 5 years, but I would not say "The management is HORRIBLE!". Dustin runs a tight ship. If anyone ever has an issue, they simply need to contact him. Also, any and all fees from a security deposit are written into nearly every lease, read them carefully.
