My elderly father had an upsetting experience with a technician who was very impatient and rude. Very unfortunate experience.
We have been to this xray lab several times over the last several months. They have been nothing but professional, informative and polite. Always a good experience. I had left a message a few weeks ago and the lady who called me back was super friendly. Have been going here for over 25 yrs, no complaints at all. Thanks to the staff for being so kind to my Mom. Mary and daughter Cheryl
Literally just spoke to this Lab, they are so rude and obnoxious on the phone! To the operating manager you need to hire better staff!! Arrogance is such an ugly character trait and this women I just spoke to has it. I highly recommend not going to this Life Lab Location in St.Catharine’s Ontario
