They very promptly came out and installed our HVAC system and unhooked all our old baseboard heaters so we could remove them. After leaving we realized our ceiling fan wasn't working they came back out and fixed it and kept running into problems from the buyer before us who "free handed" the prior electrical work. They got the fan going and the bathroom lights quit. They fixed those and the bedroom lights quit.
