Working with Delores was a disaster. Memory issues, and Kathy was her slave. I was told by every resident there was things never attended to for years. Stay away!
Unresponsive across multiple properties for months. Antiquated ideologies and lack of class, respect and business acumen. Thinking of renting from any of these properties? Run. Not worth your time to even inquire and if a miracle should happen and someone calls you back - it sounds like they are just terrible to deal with once the lease is signed. Clear slumlord behavior. Again, run.
Leaving 3 stars cause I really don't know if they're good or bad. Says they have a space for lease but doesn't respond to phone calls or emails. Might be great. Might be terrible. We may never know.
