I recently moved into my apartment and enjoy being here. Coryne has been very helpful from the beginning. She has stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Any minor repairs I requested the day I moved in was fixed in a timely manner.
My family and I recently started renting here. Parking is hard to come by, but it's located in a great neighborhood. Really calm environment and friendly staff. During my application and move in process, it was easy to get in contact with the property manager. Good energy too, and responded to my inquiries about the unit without being rude. I have been living here for less than one year 6 months into living on these premises, I started to notice mold in my bathroom. I immediately wiped it down with bleach and within 3 days it was back. I notified management back in July of 2025 only to later find out that for almost 2 months we did not have a property management staff person because she was fired which was Marsha at that time.
