I have been living here for less than one year 6 months into living on these premises, I started to notice mold in my bathroom. I immediately wiped it down with bleach and within 3 days it was back. I notified management back in July of 2025 only to later find out that for almost 2 months we did not have a property management staff person because she was fired which was Marsha at that time. Not good place to living in this townhouse starting from the management they are scammer. The property is very dirty even they charge you alot for utility include trash and the property doesn't have even security camera I personally don't recommend any one to live that property By the way the manager is very rude and racism
