I only use Linus Cadillac for my services on my 2017 Cadillac xts I dropped my vehicle for service on Sunday 1/26 I received a call from the service advisor advised what was wrong with my vehicle one of the issues was the battery the battery was never replaced by anyone other than Linus Cadillac I received a call this morning telling me that the warranty tag has been removed from the battery and they will not warranty it do to this reason well I did not remove the tag !!! Drove 50 miles one way to purchase a new XT4 , only to find that it had been damaged from a tornado 3 months ago. Two weeks later it is still being advertised on their website for sale.
Body shop was great. Helpful and got work done in estimated time frame. Even washed and detailed the car before giving back to customer.
