Great dealership, family owned, very nice experience. Justin, the service advisor was phenomenal. Very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership.....
Stay away from auto body shop area. service and assistant manager cover for each other on there own mistakes. Inside of vehicle i found a ton of dust from the sanding and the stench of the paint inside my vehicle was unreal. My whole vehicle needed a whole in and out detail after leaving this place. Will not be back and do not message me on this comment as you will be ignored. .
Justin and the service department was wonderful to deal with and the service was Prompt and affordable
Service representative Justin was better than ok. As were the other service personnel.
We lost the keys to our CT4 and were away from our home Cadillac resource. The people at Linus Cadillac were so helpful Justin Gage and David were so professional and efficient Five stars Thank you Phil and Sandy Ringo
