Great service, honest staff
I'm only writing this to be a warning to other people and hopefully no one gets ripped off like how the service department tried to rip me off. I took my Duramax in for a recall (Court-Circuit Du Chauffe-Bloc) which is for an engine bloc heater cord. I was called to say it would be $489 to remove my rear shocks and put them back on, nothing wrong with my shocks btw, but in order to complete the recall. Stay away from auto body shop area. service and assistant manager cover for each other on there own mistakes. Inside of vehicle i found a ton of dust from the sanding and the stench of the paint inside my vehicle was unreal. My whole vehicle needed a whole in and out detail after leaving this place. Will not be back and do not message me on this comment as you will be ignored. SMH!
Needed parts to repair my 2012 SRX (front bumper cover and assorted parts with it. Guage and Charlie in the parts department each went way beyound to help me out. A great parts department each went.
