My bed ridden mother-in-law gets just 5 meals a week and they are supposed to be chopped. She often gets ground/minced or puréed and sometimes chopped. The meals are often the same with pasta and sauce being the main course or side dish. The beef and chicken used to get a fair amount of gravy, but now it’s just dry. I have to doctor everything! Lintons is a top notch organization. Hands down the best organization I have ever worked with!
Management lack skills and don’t have the qualifications for certain positions.They show discrimination towards employees. They Don’t follow proper food safety procedures such as Clean — Wash hands and surfaces often. Separate — Don't cross-contaminate. Cook — Cook to the right temperature. Chill — Refrigerate promptly. Always refrigerate perishable food within 2 hours—1 hour when the temperature is above 90 °F (32.2 ºC). These procedures are not being followed .
