Patient saw Dr Kroger on 8/26 with Bp 100/60 and black stools. She is 95 yrs old and we let Dr know we do not have a portal. Dr Kroger said they would have bloodwork back very soon and someone would be calling us with results. This is 9/3. We hmade multiple calls to get the results last week. Today I asked for a Supervisor so our call was processed as a complaint and escalated. It’s coming up on 2 hours and still no callback. No excuses for ignoring a patient in this condition.

Dr. Koger is an amazing Physician. He is empathetic, caring, and attentively listens. I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend him.

This is more of a commentary on quality of Baylor and the scheduling of their physicians. Doctor is (perhaps) a good doctor, but you'll likely never know because if you want to see him, they'll tell you he's booked months out and you need to see his physician's assistant. After telling them I thought it was reasonable to see my actual doctor at least once every 3 years I got in a "work in" appointment, which Baylor then called - the morning of - and cancelled and told me it would be months if I could get back in, OR I could ... read more

Dr Koger is one of the best in his profession. He is very knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. I have been going to him for many years. When he transferred to Dallas from Greenville, I knew my commute would be 50 more miles. My Husband and I are ok with the commute because we know he will always do the best in regards to our health. I appreciate Dr Koger immensely. We are thankful for all he does.
