Lintoc honestly goes above and beyond for their staff and members. I've had the pleasure to grow as a DSP! Mr. T and the rest of the HR staff do everything in their power to make sure the members and staff are attended too while also being fair and critical when needed. What can I say about Lintoc... I was employed at Lintoc a few years ago and worked with great people. I was a DSP and quickly promoted to a group home manager then I worked out of the office as a trainer. Lintoc was an element that I needed to learn more about upper management duties and helped me learn what I needed to do to become a better care provider from different viewpoints of the business. Mr. T is a very kind man and has great life experiences to his credit. He has a caring heart towards the members of his homes.

Don’t Work Here: I started working here about a week ago in one of the houses. I love working here the staff is nice and the people we take care of are awesome. So above is the review I gave when I was first employed, because they pay you to leave a good review but after working there for a while the staff are very rude and controlling they let one of the clients fall and hit his head. I don’t recommend this place. They fire people for no reason.

I have worked with Lintoc Care at their Mesa house for almost two months. I have to say that it's the best place to work! Staff work together to keep house clean for clients. The clients there are awesome aswell! The house manager is amazing! Very understanding and tries to accommodate schedule to your needs. Awesome house, good hours, what more can an employee ask for! I love it!

I have been with Lintoc Care for some time now and just recently was offered the management position in one of our group homes. Mr T's and the rest of the Lintoc staff are honestly one of the best group of people that I have worked for/with. These clients touch my heart and make me smile every day. To know that you are helping someone who otherwise may not be able to help themselves due to certain limitations is so rewarding. The staff that has come into the house....I couldn't have asked for a more amazing group.
