Dishonest staff who provide wrong information, then don't own up to it! First complex I have ever had this happen -- I was encouraged to give up my keys early, which I did. Then was charged for the remaining days rent until my lease expired, in addition to the rent I already paid for up to that date! After I tried to reach out to the staff - minimal to no response.
