I don't know who helped these last people who wrote reviews, but it wasn't the people working now. They don't answer the phone, the system has been locked multiple times where we could drive, and now the system has completely shut down and we can't get anyone to help us.

All I can say is my experience with Linq has been nothing but superior. From day one Courtney has been nothing but accommodating. My calls and texts were always returned in a timely manner. Jared has always been very courteous, in and out from my job come check up time. Best deal in town and device is easy to use. When device needs to be shut down for car maintenance, it's a breeze. Thank you Linq for being there for me. You guys are the best.

I had to have an interlock for six months and I was SO scared - but thankfully Jarod and Courtney made me feel comfortable and so much better about the whole thing. They were always a phone call away no matter how late at night it was or how many questions I had they were always so nice. They were so kind and caring and made a terrible situation into something that was no longer a bid deal. The time flew by and the device is super easy to use. Linq interlock is by far the best company for the services they provide. I have used other companies in the past and had nothing but problems. Linq is not only the best priced but also great customer service. You can always get ahold of someone and the best part is they come to you when you have an issue. Their device is simple and easy to use unlike other devices where you have to wait for it to warm up and it takes 30 minutes to start your car. From the first phone call I could tell I was talking to someone that was in Arizona and not some call center. It's not the best situation to go through getting a DUI but from start to finish they helped me through the process. They kept the install discrete and were patient going through the training. When I called to set up the install they also helped me save money on my TSS class and assisted with my SR-22.
