While looking for an assisted living facility for my mom, we were referred to Lino Lakes Assisted Living. From the moment I spoke to Cheryl, the director of sales and marketing, on the phone, to the incredible tour of the facility by Cheryl, I knew that this would be a good fit for my mom. While we ultimately chose a different community for my dad, I wanted to recognize Cheryl for her exceptional kindness and integrity. She was honest, compassionate, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for my dad—even if it wasn’t at her facility. She went above and beyond to help us during a stressful time, checked in on us regularly, and treated our family with so much care and respect. We are incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend working with her!
Five stars is for the effort they put in to help. My father and I are in two different states and the level of effort Lino Lakes has put in during a difficult time, NOT to mention geographical logistics is immeasurable. Thank you for all you do.
So far...SO EXCELLENT!!! My experience with Lino Lakes A.L has been uplifting and positive. Administrators, help staff, and even the maintenance personnel have been on point professional and accommodating to me, my wife and my Aunt. Thank you for the excellent living conditions and environment my Aunt now enjoys at your facility..
