My experience with Lino Lakes Assisted Living Sales and Marketing Director, Cheryl, has been amazing to work with. I have several residents that currently live there, that are pleased as punch about their care, food, the facility as a whole. I highly recommend them to others looking for feed back. I have worked at and with several facilities in my day and they all have hiccups of some sort, staffing, Care, food quality ect... every facility needs a chance to correct things if issues arise. While looking for an assisted living facility for my mom, we were referred to Lino Lakes Assisted Living. From the moment I spoke to Cheryl, the director of sales and marketing, on the phone, to the incredible tour of the facility by Cheryl, I knew that this would be a good fit for my mom. While we ultimately chose a different community for my dad, I wanted to recognize Cheryl for her exceptional kindness and integrity. She was honest, compassionate, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for my dad—even if it wasn’t at her facility. She went above and beyond to help us during a stressful time, checked in on us regularly, and treated our family with so much care and respect.
