I am extremely disappointed with the care provided at Lino Lakes Assisted Living. The level of attention and respect for the residents is far below what should be expected. I have witnessed neglect, lack of medical attention and care. The facility has failed to address these concerns despite being made aware of them.
So happy Corner Stone Management is finally selling. So much neglect of residents over the years. I'm surprised it didn't happen earlier. Hope the new management can get their act together and provide better care for the residents as well as staff. It's not always about the money, but when it is, vulnerable adults suffer.
