I Love Lino Lakes Assisted Living.. My Mother Has Been Here 3 Years I Cannot Express How Much I Love Each And Every Staff Member! My Mother Has Thrived Since Being Here! They Pay Attention To Her Needs Like No Other! I NEVER Worry About The Care She Is Getting.. The Aides Pay Extra Special Attention To Each And Every Resident.. My Sister Who Lives In Chicago Agrees We Could Not Ask For A Better Place For My Mom To Be At!

I am extremely disappointed with the care provided at Lino Lakes Assisted Living. The level of attention and respect for the residents is far below what should be expected. I have witnessed neglect, lack of medical attention and care. The facility has failed to address these concerns despite being made aware of them.
